How long does shipping take?

Prints You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order has shipped. Print orders are shipped from the country nearest to you. These are the regions we ship from: USA, Australia, EU and the UK. Shipping timelines are out of our control and vary from country to country! Please be patient and see the tracking for more information on delivery times.

Original Paintings: Please allow up to four weeks for your original artwork to be prepared, carefully packaged and shipped. 

All paintings are shipped by Registered International Mail within 7-14 working days. You will be provided with a tracking number. Parcels shipped in this way will require a signature upon receipt.

Depending on how effectively your local post service is operating at the moment of purchase, the delivery time can vary and could possibly take up to 6 weeks. Registered mail is a very secure shipping method and these orders never get lost, so if it takes longer than you expect for your package to arrive please be patient because eventually all packages arrive to their destinations. Thank you for patience.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including tracking details and updates to determine when your package is expected to arrive.

How much does shipping costs?

Shipping is calculated after processing your address in the checkout.

Any import taxes or duty fees for international shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

What is your Return Policy?

Your satification for my artworks is incredibly important to me. I spend hours pouring my heart and soul into my work and it means the world to know they are loved and treasured in your homes. I do not offer returns due to change of mind, however, if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me and together we can resolve the issue.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will gladly work out a solution. However, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the original item and receiving the new one. I recommend that you use a trackable and insured service to ensure the safe delivery of the artwork.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, opened in a pet & smoke-free home. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Once a return is received and found without damage your refund will be issued. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
